Refund policy

At Glow Jewelry, customer satisfaction is our top priority. Kindly review our return guidelines below:

1. Unboxing Video Requirement:
To be eligible for a return, customers must record a clear and continuous unboxing video while opening the package.
The video should clearly show the sealed package being opened and the product inside.

Please note: Return requests without an unboxing video will not be accepted.

2. Return Process
* If you wish to return the jewelry for any reason, you must initiate the return within 48 hours of delivery.
* The product must be unused and in its original packaging.
* Customers are required to ship the product to the return address provided by us.
* Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer.

3. Refund Policy
* Once we receive the returned item, it will undergo a quality inspection.
* After successful verification, the refund will be processed.
* The refund amount will be issued after deducting the initial shipping charges (approximately ₹50–₹100).
